We will meet at the South Hunterdon High School Track!
There will be 3 workout options to choose from.
Option 1: (Your 5k Pace)
1 Mile Warm Up
6x1200m w/ 400m recovery
1 Mile Cool Down
Option 2: (Your 5k or 10k pace)
1 Mile Warm Up
6x800m w/ 400m recovery
1 Mile Cool Down
Option 3:
Track workout of your choice. You can do an interval workout of you choice or just come out and do your scheduled run with the club on a track.
