Runners and Speed-Walkers come out for Shake Out Sunday!
We will take a more relaxed run/walk with the goal of covering 3 miles.
The purpose is to take a more relaxed pace perfect for any one that comes out!
Saturday Morning Run! We Take The Hill!! (Starting Ranger Station)
"The Hill" is in Uhlerstown, there is a saying in the River Rats "Sometimes you take The Hill, more often than not The Hill takes you." The hill course has a 4 mile and 6 mile option. If you’re not feeling “the hill” you can do an out and back on the toe path.
It is a fun run, The Hill is steep but the good thing is that you get it over with early in the run!
As usual Covid precautions are in place, masks, and social distancing.
Full Moon Run!! Riegelsville! (New Location)
Come out for a full moon run! We will run on the tow path heading south towards Uhlerstown. The route is an out and back which allows for distance to be modified based on preference. If doing the full route it is a 6 mile out and back course.

Come out for our regular Saturday morning run! We will meet at Homestead Coffee Roasters, (Please park near roasting house) and head south along the path towards Tinicum.
This is an out and back route, distance is easily adjusted to fit your need. Typical club distance is 4-6 miles.

Come Out for our Saturday Morning Run in Stockton. We will meet at the path by the Stockton Market and Run North Towards Bulls Island.
This is an out an back route so distance is easily modified. Typical club distance is 4-6 miles.
After we can head over to Cravings for a bite and coffee!
New Moon Run! Frenchtown!
Come out for the new moon run! We will meet at the Frenchtown Bridge and head south toward Stockton.
This is a out and back route so the distance is easily adjusted. Typical Club distance is 4-6 miles.
After the run we will head over to the National for a beverage and bite.

The River Rats would like to invite new or returning members out to New Rats Day! Come out and join some of the best people around! We will have runners that will stick with you along the run. Post run we will provide coffee and some snacks! If you've been thinking about coming out this would be a great way to do it!

This is our normal Saturday morning Club Run! We will meet at the park behind Frenchtown Hardware and then run Creek Road.
Typical Distance is 6 miles but because it is an out and back route you can easily modify the distance

4th Annual Jingle Run
Come out for a fun night! We will be running a 5k course through Frenchtown to look at the beautiful Holiday lights and decorations.
***Afterwards we will get together for a refreshment, location TBD***
We will start at Frenchtown Park and weave ourselves through the quiet town.
Come out and enjoy a beautiful Holiday tradition!

Join us in this Clinton Holiday Tradition - the 5th annual "Run Before Christmas - Santa Con 8k", brought to you by some of the "locals" behind the Main Street Half Marathon of Hunterdon and the Red Mill!
