We will meet at Owowcow, then head down to the tow path. We will do an out and back run.

The beauty of the out and back run is that you can adjust the mileage to fit your need and not have to worry about getting lost!

Night runs we top out at 6 miles for the longest distance.

Runners of all paces and abilities are welcome. As are walkers!

After the run/walk we will head back to Owowcow for ice cream!!!
